This week our volunteers worked tirelessly to send over a large shipment of tourniquets to Kyiv where they were desperately needed. Thanks to our volunteers in in Kyiv, these tourniquets were promptly distributed to those defending Ukraine.
Tourniquets are used in emergency situations to restrict blood flow and help keep those that have been badly wounded alive. They have been our most requested item from those reaching out to us in Ukraine, which illustrates the horrific situation the Ukrainian people face.
