Project "Rescue Wings"

Bringing Canada's largest holiday gift to Ukraine

On December 19, Maple Hope Foundation launched a crowdfunding campaign in Canada to transport a Sikorsky 76A helicopter to Ukraine for the purpose of conducting medical evacuations of military personnel. This helicopter will be the first private donation of aviation technology from Canada to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces, organized through the collaboration of the Canadian business community and the Ukrainian diaspora.

The goal of the campaign is not only to raise the necessary funds but also to create a sense of support from across the ocean for Ukrainian soldiers, as this gift will become a symbol of our unity during these challenging times. The organizers have launched a crowdfunding platform where everyone can contribute — from donating the cost of a cup of coffee to organizing their own fundraising efforts.

The campaign will run until January 1. It’s easy to participate: just visit the project website and choose your preferred donation method: https://heli.maplehopefoundation.org/en.

Together, we can make this the largest Christmas gift — one that will save lives and inspire victory!
